It was almost like the deep throat voice of the Borg Collective; “We are the Blogs. Resistance is futile”. Blogs have been ravaging my mind for a while now. Everybody seems to be talking about them. Your colleagues, your wife, your 42nd cousin, heck, I’m not kidding, even my neighborhood Dobhi,* dude, has one! So why didn’t I start a blog earlier? Well…sheer inertia and the personal obligations of keeping the blog going can be considered the primary reasons.
Okay, now that I have taken the plunge, thanks to the “awe-inspiring neighborhood Dobhi”, I hope to make contributions on Internet / new media technologies, on branding related issues, on politics, philosophy and of course, the general, hopefully occasional raves and rants.
*For all those not from the enchanting and inspiring Sub-Continent Dhobi is someone who does your laundry.
